SPRING REGISTRATION IS OPEN 

Thank you for your interest in Central Loudoun Little League.  

For the Spring season, there will be a draft and skills evaluations for the Single A, AA, AAA, and Major divisions.  T-Ball and Rookie Machine Pitch teams are formed by the Player Agents.  For the Fall, there are no player evaluations but drafts will be held to form A, AA, AAA and Majors teams.  T-Ball and Rookie Machine Pitch teams are formed by the player agents. 

Once the teams are formed/drafted, you should recieve a notification from your coach about 2 weeks before practices are slated to start.
 

Season Timelines: 
SPRING - The Spring season typically runs from mid April with the start of practices through the end of the school year.

FALL - The Fall season typically runs from mid August with the start of practices through Halloween.

Fees: 

• Spring - For Tee Ball through Rookie Machine Pitch, the cost is $220 per child**.  For A-Machine Pitch through the upper divisions, the cost is $250**   (Additional $25 late fee for A-Machine Pitch and above)
• Fall - For Tee Ball through the upper divisions, the cost is $125 per child** 

**A multi child discount applies and will be calculated by the system when the additional children are registered.

Waitlist: 
As of our divisions division fill up, the registration for that program may be closed or put on a wait list.  You may add your child to the waitlist and we will contact you to confirm space availability within a few days.

Divisions Offered:

To Register, select the AVAILABLE PROGRAMS page from the REGISTRATION INFO menu.  The table below provides you a guide.  For more information on each division, please see Divisions of Play. 

*League Age 5 year olds may play Rookie - Machine Pitch, but must have played a year in Tee Ball first. 

**League Age 12 year olds are able to play AAA, however, per Little League Rules, they are not allowed to pitch and will not be eligible for All Stars.  Parents who wish for their League Age 12 child to play AAA must also sign a waiver confirming these Little League rules.
 

League Age:

Please note Little League International recently changed their League Age guidelines, and your child’s age as of August 31st of a given year determines their League Age.   The chart to determine your child’s League Age can be found HERE  (Note:  The Fall uses the following year's League Age calculations.)

Boundaries:

If you are new to CLLL or have moved recently, please verify you are within CLLL's boundaries before you register. 
 

Registration Timeline:

• Regular Registration: November 18, 2023 - January 22, 2024
• Late Registration:  Begins January 23, 2024, to the start of the season (if slots are available)
• Registration for each division will be placed on a wait list or closed as each division fills up.

Refund Policy:
CLLL has adopted the following refund policy in order to streamline the registration process and to minimize complications that impact the start of the season. The below policy applies to all refund requests. This is including, but not limited to, refund requests due to withdrawal from the league, boundary issues and League Age eligibility issues.

• Refund Requested on or before 2/1/2024 = Full Refund. 
• Refund Requested on or before 2/15/24 = Refund is amount paid minus $50 per player.
• Refund Requested after 2/15/24 = No refund*.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the league.  *Refund requests are subject to an appeal process to be reviewed by the CLLL Board.

***NO refunds will be given once play begins if the season is suspended/cancelled due to a pandemic***
